What does the app cost?
We do not charge any commission on orders placed using the app. We charge a setup fee of €700+VAT and then a fixed monthly fee starting at €50+VAT per month for smaller restaurants with orders
What are the other costs?
As part of the installation you would need to purchase a printer for order printing. This printer costs €300+VAT to purchase.
So, being honest, the total outlay to get started will be €1000+VAT
What do you provide?
We provide you with (1) an ordering app for Apple and Android stores (2) a remote printer for printing customer orders (3) menu set-up (4) text notifications to customers (5) installation and training and (6) always on support!
Do you charge commissions on orders?
No, why should you pay for orders from your loyal customers? We build software and are happy to get a fair reward for a good solution.
Can customers pay by card?
Yes, customers can pay by card and cash. If you require payment by card you may decide to charge a processing fee to cover card processing fees levied by 3rd parties.
