What does the app cost?

We do not charge any commission on orders placed using the app. We charge a setup fee of €100+VAT and then a fixed monthly fee starting at €50+VAT per month for smaller restaurants with orders

What are the other costs?

Other than the cost of paper consumables, there are no other costs. We provide an Android tablet and thermal receipt printer for receipt, acknowledgement and print of customer orders.

What do you provide?

We provide you with (1) an ordering app for Apple and Android stores (2) a thermal printer for printing customer orders (3) menu set-up (4) email notifications to customers (5) installation and training and (6) always on support!

Do you charge commissions on orders?

No, why should you pay for orders from your loyal customers? We build software and are happy to get a fair reward for a good solution.

Can customers pay by card?

Yes, customers can pay by card. We support the Stripe payment system and Stripe will levy their own charges, currently 1.4% +24c +VAT per transaction. There are no other charges on card payments.
